1. Booking & Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

2. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Cancellations must be made 24 HOURS PRIOR to the appointment and CANNOT be made LAST MINUTE or a fee will be REQUIRED
